Sonja Ringler fills her stand each week with a variety of Italian specialties, including a wonderful assortment of both imported items and homemade dishes from recipes that have stood the test of time. The meatballs are, for example, constructed from a secret family recipe of the previous stand owner, Sally DelGiorno, and pair perfectly with sausage and marinara on a Philly-style hoagie roll.
